The Green Team is First Unitarian’s environmental and eco-justice people! While you can learn more about the Green Team in general, It's scope is wide -- we offer classes, justice projects, worship services, and every once in a while some eco-friendly fun! While we have some projects underway already, we're interested in your new green ideas too. All are welcome! You do not have to be a church member to be on the Green Team! May 21: Green Team Hosts Transition Orlando The "Transition Orlando" group is starting up! It is a grass roots, community organization dedicated to inspiring, encouraging, supporting, educating and training neighborhoods to transition from cheap oil dependency to local, life-sustaining resilience. Green Team is hosting the first meeting in the Assembly Room on May 21, 2010 at 6:30 PM. |

Help Test New UUMFE Class First Unitarian has been selected to be one of 6 congregations nation wide that will be field testing UU Ministry for Earth's newest curriculum! It is called "Our Place in the Web of Life" and features the popular movie "The Story of Stuff!"
