This is the list of items not currently in our budget but that we might be able to do if there are additional donations or if we are able to realize cost savings in the overall project. Many thanks to those who have already given and allowed us to mark some of these items Done!

Enrichment Center and Site Work (Phase One) Contingency List

  • Additional landscaping and irrigation ($4,500)

Gore Hall (Phase Two) Contingency List 
(A recent $3,500 gift will be applied to one of the first two items.)

  • Lobby wall and ceiling repair (electric, lights, closet) ($14,075)
  • Create pantry off kitchen ($3,250)
  • Grind terrazzo floor (versus clean) ($12,355)
  • Storage area repair and cleaning ($1,044)
