Located in the Enrichment Center, the Studio was designed as a music rehearsal space and for yoga or Tai Chi classes.
There are two classrooms in the Gore Hall building: Classroom A and Classroom B. The capacity for these rooms varies from 10 to 25 people, depending on how many tables and chairs you use. Both of these rooms have digital equipment that allow for PowerPoint and other presentations.
Custodial Fee: $85. Part of this fee includes setup of tables and chairs. You must submit a diagram at least two weeks before your event date.
Deposit: $85. This amount is refundable if no damage occurs and building use guidelines have not been violated. The deposit also holds your date and time on the church calendar. A full refund, less a $30 administrative fee, will be given if the Church Administrator is notified 30 days prior to the event. Users who cancel on shorter notice will lose half of their deposit.
Host Fee: $15 per hour. The 15 minutes before and after the event are also charged at this rate.
