Building The Dream Congregational Notice & Update

The Board of Directors and the Building The Dream team were very pleased to send out the plans for the renovation and the financing to the congregation last Wednesday.  This serves as the 30-day notice before our Congregational vote to make this project official.  Information can be found on 1U’s website here.  There will be plenty of opportunity to visit with the BTD team should you be curious or have questions – here’s a list of upcoming meetings:

Pop Up Events – for a Vibrant Democracy

A vibrant democracy requires an educated and engaged citizenry. Throughout the Winter and Spring, activities will “pop up” that give participants a chance to deepen their understanding of issues in our world today. Examples might include Common Reads (Books or Articles) and Films & Discussions and more. Although events will be shared in the Weekly Update, let our Program Assistant, Gaby, know if you would like to be on a special announcement email list.
